Registered Organisations

At present this service is available at the pan-European Researcher's Mobility Portal.

General information

  • This section offers interested organisations (universities, research centres, enterprises, foundations, etc.) the possibility to advertise their research employment opportunities.
  • Registered organisations will be able to identify suitable candidates according to detailed and tailored parameters corresponding to their specific recruitment needs.
  • The service is completely free of charge and it may not be used for any form of commercial advertising. Information on registered organisations will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Registration Process

  • An organisation must first complete the online form titled "Organisations sign-up " found on the pan-European Researcher's Mobility Portal. This information is then verified (this one-time process may take a few days). Upon verification approval, an email is sent to the organisation with the "organisation ID" and the password to the organisation's account.
  • The section labelled "New Organisation user" allows organisations to add users to an existing account so that they have their own access and own password.
  • The "Registered Organisation user" section allows direct access to the organisation's account.

Online/Offline Editing Options

  • The "online" editing option mentioned in the "Apply for registration" form refers to submitting and editing research job opportunities through the pan-European Researcher's Mobility Portal. The "offline" editing option refers to submitting and editing research job opportunities from an organisation's own server.
  • The "offline" editing option requires the installation of software (the RJOE) that is provided free of charge by the European Commission. "Offline" editing offers the advantage of storing researcher job opportunities in a local database and further offers a simplified, automatic process that sends the updates to the European portal.
  • The free of charge RJOE software is currently being tested. Questions regarding the functionality, installation or use of the RJOE software may be directed to our Help Desk.
