Austria has launched this "Researcher's Mobility Portal Austria" on a national level in order to act towards the implementation of the Mobility Strategy for the European research Area as part of the EU-initiative "pan-European Researcher's Mobility Portal".

  Consult the interactive online Grants Database maintained by the Austrian Exchange Service (ÖAD) and you can find a broad range of funding opportunities and detailed information on fellowships/grants in Austria. More than 800 grants, research promotion funds, scholarships and bursaries can be accessed on the Grants Database. The search machine enables queries by selecting specific criteria (country, area, target group). The Grants Database was co-funded by the European Commission.
